During this storm we ran through all of our businesses before morning and opened up all of our townhomes when the snow depth reached 4". We returned to each townhome for a final cleanup later in the day when the snowfall ended. It was garbage day at a few of our townhomes and it was a hurtle trying to plow around each garbage can. We did a quick open up and returned later when homeowners came home and moved the garbage bins from the driveway. All of our employees did an amazing job as always, working very hard to get everything done in a timely manner. Once again we have received no complaints from this storm and that is quite an accomplishment after plowing over 100 customers. After this storm, many of our customers needed snow piles blown back with a bobcat or piles moved and hauled away to make room for more snow. We are all set for the next snow storm. It looks like we may have a break from the snow, but you never know. At this point, I think we are all a little sick of winter and ready for an early spring. I know I'm ready for spring to arrive.

I have been really busy working on lawn service bids for the 2013 season. It has been a very busy month, but after the slow start to the winter, I can't complain. Thanks again to all of my employees for the great work with this last storm. It wasn't a big one, but after all of these little storms one right after another, they start to add up. Looks like we have the potential for 4-8" coming this Thursday into Friday. We are all set to go.

Thanks to all of our employees for their hard work during this snow storm. Our crews have been out since noon yesterday and have worked very hard making sure all of our customers received the best service possible. Between our Commercial, Residential, and Townhomes, we have received no real complaints. We have received many compliments from our customers, telling us we do an amazing job and new customers telling us how we do a much better job than the previous company they had. It is nice to hear these compliments after all the hard work we do. It really helps us feel good about the work we are doing for each and every customer.

emailed compliment:
"And thanks for the great job you did removing snow this time and last time -- to my knowledge we didn't get any complaints so everyone must have been happy!!"
Thanks a lot,
Char
Energy Hills Townhome Association

We are out there today checking our town homes and making sure the mailboxes are cleared, so the homeowners don't have to worry about not receiving their mail.We opened up all of our town homes at 3", making one or two paths down each driveway to allow home owners to get in and out and we did a final clean up when the snow was completely done. All of our businesses were cleared and salted by 4am. We will clean and inspect all of our equipment tomorrow and make sure we are all set for the next snowfall. I also would like to thank our customers for being patient with us during this storm, since the freezing rain and ice made things a lot harder to do and took a little extra time to complete the work.
